Bear Mandala to color

Today it's raining, so I finally stayed in the house long enough to finish up a mandala! This one is bears and the fish in the center is a salmon.

You may notice a little new change here on Don't Eat the Paste- if you hover over the photos, you'll see a little "Pin It" logo. You can click on that to pin the images to your pinboard, but it doesn't affect clicking through to the larger images.

Bears at the zoo (photo post)

For Mother's Day, we have a family tradition of going to the zoo. We went on the 13th this year and I had all sorts of plans to get the photos TG and my husband took to include in this post. But since they both keep forgetting, you get to see my bears instead. I really love the brown bears. So I hope you enjoy these photos. Click to see larger versions, but they are resized so they aren't as big as the originals.

This one almost looks like they are cuddling doesn't it?

Cute Animal Valentine Cards

 

Actually I think these are okay for all seasons. The shine in the eyes is heart shaped which is what makes them Valentines. They are blank on the inside for a personal note.

Cut them apart, then score and fold on center line. Line it up in a 2 inch circle punch so the folded edge doesn't quite meet the edges of the punch, then punch through both layers, or fold it in half and cut around the edge of the circle. I use a Uchida circle punch and had no problems getting through both layers.
