Printable frame with a leadership quote

It's been a while since I did a printable frame quote. I hope you enjoy this one. I like printing out these quotes on Astrobrights paper, but for people who like intricate coloring, they could certainly be colored in by hand.

I'm trying very hard to hold on to faith. This cancer my dad has, it is beatable, but it's also very, very scary. He's going to be starting chemo-radiation very soon.

He's worried about being bald. I told him some of my friends would make him hats. If you want to make him a hat, his head is 20 inches around- youth patterns will work well. He likes skulls, Batman,  aliens, all sorts of things. Any extras we get or hats he won't wear will be donated.

I asked The Amazing Turnip Girl before putting in the quote "Should I put that it was the 3rd Doctor who said it, the author or just attribute The Doctor?" She replied "It's all the same Doctor." So there it is. But there is more information after the clickable and printable image! The version above is on my FB page if you want to share it.

The quote is from the first episode of the 11th season, written by Robert Holmes. That was also the very first Sarah Jane episode, and the first appearance of the Sontarans. So it was a very nifty episode in the history of Doctor Who, plus, that's just a really great quote. I hope you like my illustrated version.

The image below is printable. Click on the image for a larger version and print it! As usual, I recommend Astrobrights paper. Mostly because it's what I use for all my black and white quotes and it's so cheerful and pretty.

My husband will tell you that much to his annoyance, that's exactly what I do. I have sweaters that are darned in mismatched colors and sometimes look very much like a tatterdemalion in my long skirts, old sweaters and worn out shoes. But given 100 dollars and a choice of things, I'd rather have a half dozen books than a few new shirts. It's where the choice between crafty items and books comes up that it gets hard. My old coat is still warm.

You know how to make one happy little crafting geek really happy? Linking to her from FB or Twitter, especially when you're one of her favorite products. Like Astrobrights paper. When I print the black and white quotes, I use Astrobrights paper. They look so neat that way. My favorite colors for winter are Cosmic Orange, Plasma Pink and Terra Green. In summer it goes to the blues and purples. Why? Because this time of year, the sky is blue during the day, the sun is bright, and reflecting off all that snow. The only time you really see colors is sunrise, sunset and during shows of the Northern Lights. The rest of the time it's blue, grey and white everywhere. So the warm colors remind me of spring and summer. During the summer, when it seems like everything is alive with color, then I like the blues, purples and pinks. So I was happy about being mentioned by Astrobrights!

I liked the chevron box so much that I decided to use the same fill for paper and if there is going to be paper, there will probably be a printable quote.
