  1. Hi, I'm very new to the colouring-in-mandalas-for-relaxation bandwagon. Barely begun in fact. Would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction where art supplies for this purpose is concerned? Colour pencils and crayons are the only tools I see are possible for getting the job done. Would you recommend marker pens? I remember the marker pen ink soaking the paper, sometimes even bleeding outside the line. Thank you! :)

    1. My personal preference is colored pencils. I recommend and use Faber Castell Polychromos- they are a little pricey, but have gorgeous pigmentation, they are creamy and don't do the waxy build up you'll see layering colors with other pencils. Other people use good quality markers or gel pens to color them.
