Mandala design to color 12-04-11

Another mandala that's made from a pattern with both the pattern and mandala to color. I hope you enjoy it. Click on the images for the larger versions. The color pattern below is 8x10 to use as paper if you'd like for a project.




I've been experimenting with some cross stitch designs. I graphed this one recently, but it has a lot of quarter stitches in it. If you xstitch, do you prefer designs with the quarter stitch details or full cross stitches and outline stitches only?

    Beautiful designs. Thank you for the extra patterns too! Love the fox. I used to cross stitch, but the hands are not so cooperative anymore... lol! Quarter stitches are cool and adds a smoothness to the design. Maybe you could do a second simpler version upon request?

    I love the quarter stitches and would add them anyways if they weren't already there to smooth the edges. I think an experienced stitcher does not need it in the design so cater to the widest audience possible and keep it basic. ps. how cool would it be to cross stitch the mandala design? I would LOVE a pattern for that!
